1972-2022

We are a real estate company operating in the sector since 1972, in the areas between Vilamoura and Albufeira.

We have developed actions of marketing and promotion in several developments: Club Praia da Oura, Cerro Grande, Vila Senhora da Rocha in Porches, Somentur in Praia da Falésia and Vilamoura in association with Lusotur, SA.

Our activity expanded to Praia da Galé in 1986, to study and sell the plots of the companies Setobra, Compave and Galé Nove, as well as the enterprises Herdade dos Salgados and Vila Rosal.

In Praia da Galé began its activity groups of high international reputation, "Vila Joya and Villa Galé Hotels ".
